  • International shipping for instruments

3. Orders, Payments & Pricing

4. Handmade Instrument Disclaimer

All instruments are handcrafted.
This means that:

  • Variations in color, tone, or wood grain are normal

  • Natural imperfections may occur

  • Instruments may differ slightly from photos

These natural differences do not qualify as defects.

5. Shipping & International Delivery

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary by destination. We will provide:

  • Estimated delivery times

  • Tracking information when available

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • VAT/GST

  • Import fees in their home country

These fees cannot be estimated or reimbursed by us.

Damage During Shipping

If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the instrument

  • Details of the damage

Replacements depend on courier policies.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Instruments

Because instruments are handmade:

  • All sales are final

  • Refunds are not available once shipped

  • Exchanges may be offered in special cases (buyer pays return shipping)

Music Lessons

  • Lessons are non-refundable

  • Rescheduling requires 24 hours notice

  • Missed lessons are considered completed

Music Experiences (Boat Concerts & Events)

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Events may be rescheduled due to weather or river conditions

  • If we must cancel, you may request:

    • A refund of your deposit, or

    • A rescheduled event

7. Tourist Bookings & Short-Term Lessons

We welcome travelers and students from around the world.
For all tourist bookings:

  • A deposit may be required to secure your lesson or event

  • The remaining balance is due on the day

  • Lesson availability may be affected by teacher schedule or festival days

8. Communication

We communicate through:

  • In-person visits

By contacting us, you agree to receive replies related to your booking or order.

9. Intellectual Property
